We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Workday Payroll Specialist to manage and support payroll processes using the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, system configuration, compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll in Workday for payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
- Maintain and update payroll configurations, earnings, deductions, tax rules, and business processes within Workday.
- Perform payroll reconciliations and audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and improve payroll-related processes.
- Generate and analyze payroll reports, supporting internal audits and regulatory reporting.
- Stay up-to-date on payroll legislation and Workday system updates.
