Job Title: Lead ServiceNow Developer
Location: Boston, MA (Remote Option Available)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, excellent development skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
Refine and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, catalog items, and integrations.
Configure and extend ServiceNow using JavaScript and APIs.
Automate business processes through workflows and best practices.
Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver solutions on time.
Support version upgrades and implementation of new modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must be eligible/willing to obtain U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance a plus).
Bachelor s degree in IT or related field.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow (SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, HR modules).
Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and web services.
Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
