Role Dynamics 365 CRM Business Analyst

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure CRM solutions meet business needs.
Communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with Microsoft Dynamics users to determine problems and gather design requirements.
Participate in evaluating productivity gains and calculating return on investment from CRM solutions.
Quality & Project Support
Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to review testing outcomes and resolve issues.
Assist in enforcing project deadlines, schedules, and development methodologies.
Stay up-to-date through ongoing research on new features and capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
