Job Title: Senior PeopleSoft Developer (HCM) XML/PeopleCode Expert
Employment Type: Contract
Location: Remote / Should be available from 8 5 PST
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PeopleSoft Developer with extensive experience in PeopleSoft HCM and deep expertise in creating and manipulating complex XML structures using PeopleCode frameworks such as XMLDoc, XMLGen, and related APIs. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience, advanced PeopleTools knowledge, and a thorough understanding of HCM data structures, including HR, Payroll, and Commitment Accounting tables.
- 10+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in PeopleCode, including XML manipulation using XMLDoc, XMLGen, XMLNode, and related APIs.
- Deep expertise in PeopleTools, including:
- Application Designer
- Application Engine
- Component Interface
- Integration Broker
- File Layouts
- PeopleSoft Query/SQL
- Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM data models, including: Core HR Tables
- Payroll Tables
- Commitment Accounting Tables
Proven experience building and supporting complex XML integrations and interface solutions.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
