Technical Infrastructure Manager

Qualifications:

• The equivalent of five years of full-time increasingly responsible network infrastructure experience that included documentation and project management and at least three years of direct supervision and workload management of technical staff. (Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university may be substituted for one year of technical experience.)

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years providing leadership and guidance to a professional team of technical infrastructure engineers.
• Ability to assess technologies and set strategic direction.
• Balance strategic objectives and tactical requirements
• Review technical designs and strategies with staff and manager.
• Ability to communicate complex network concepts to staff, peers, executive management, and non-technical personnel
• Ability to collaborate with different teams (internal and external) to effectively resolve IT-related issues
• Strong project management skills.
• Financial management skills and budget creation
• Vendor management skills.
• Internal client management skills required.

• LAN, WAN and wireless networking
• Cloud technologies
• IT Security concepts and solutions
• Network monitoring tools
• Virialized network and computing systems
