Job Title: Record to Report (RTR) Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Record to Report (RTR) Analyst to manage and oversee the end-to-end financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial statements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in general ledger accounting, month-end close activities, financial analysis, and internal controls, with proficiency in ERP systems and Excel-based reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general ledger accounting and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP/IFRS
  • Perform variance analysis and provide insights to support business decisions
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and support audit processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial reporting workflows
  • Maintain documentation and support process improvement initiatives
  • Participate in intercompany reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and lease-related activities
  • Support compliance with regulatory and corporate reporting standards

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3 5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or RTR roles
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and audit requirements
  • Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
