Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Applications and Integrations Manager to lead enterprise technology strategies and ensure seamless integration across platforms. Based in San Diego, California, this role focuses on driving operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and maintaining secure, compliant systems to support evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to optimizing IT processes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute technology strategies to align with business goals and evolving requirements.
Manage the lifecycle of enterprise applications, data platforms, and integration services to ensure optimal performance.
Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, automation, and system reliability.
Oversee compliance, security, and adherence to established processes across all systems.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and the adoption of new technologies.
Research emerging technologies and implement pilot programs that align with organizational IT roadmaps.
Collaborate with infrastructure and service teams to guarantee reliable end-user technology services.
Direct and mentor IT teams, including hiring, fostering growth, and conducting performance evaluations.
Define and maintain IT service management processes, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services.
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate the performance of outsourced IT services.
Requirements
At least 10 years of IT experience, including 3 or more years in leadership or supervisory roles.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure, and various enterprise platforms such as database management systems and integration tools.
Solid understanding of business intelligence platforms, scripting, and automation technologies.
Proven ability to drive process improvements and align IT strategies with business processes.
Experience managing vendor relationships and outsourced services.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Familiarity with IT service management practices, including ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
