Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
- Perform ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and integrations with other systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow solutions and processes.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow development tools such as Script Editor, Form Designer, and Workflow Editor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
