Job Details

Title: Service Desk Associate
This company works within Healthcare and specifically Specialty Dental services. The tickets you will be responding too are based around a system that affects patients in the facilities. 
Employment Type: Contract (1-2 months) with potential to be more. (40hrs a week during normal business hours)
Compensation: 28-31/hr
Location: Remote

In this role you will be:
  • Working heavily in Halo ticketing system.
  • Handling around 40 tickets per day.
  • Mix of ticket management/review/assignment.
  • You will work on the Service Desk team, which does level 1 and 2 ticket support. 
  • About 1500 end users to support, as they support 270 practice locations.
Required Experience:
  • Halo ticketing
  • Microsoft 365
  • NinjaOne (or any RMM remote management tool) – more about navigating the system than deep technical work.
