we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Roles/Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day project management support
- Create and publish project documentation, including project status reports, project schedules and plans, risks, issues and other documentation, as needed
- Plan for utilization of resources
- Meet with Management and Users to understand project goals and milestones
- Track Project milestones and deliverables throughout project life-cycle
- Provide and maintain detailed software/hardware maintenance documentation
- Act as liaison on behalf of OTS and in-scope agencies
- Create end user documentation and training as needed
- Provide technical knowledge transfer, training and documentation to OTS and DPS-LSP staff for all requested work, as needed
Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in managing projects
Desirable Skills:
- Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and Law Enforcement technology projects
- Project management with the State of Louisiana
- PMP certification
- SCRUM Master certification
- Managing large scale projects with many teams and stakeholders
