Job Details

We are looking for a IT Business Analyst for a 6+ Months Contract position for a client based out of Houston, TX.

This would be 2/3 days onsite.

Rate:$37/hr on W2 without benefits

IT Business Analyst Job Description

The IT Business Analyst plays a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, documenting BRDs, supporting Agile ceremonies, and ensuring high-quality product delivery through test planning and validation.

Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

2 6 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.

Prepare high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Use Cases.

Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable requirements.

Work as part of a Scrum team following Agile methodologies.

Develop detailed test cases, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria based on requirements/user stories.
