Detailed Job Description:
- Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes Good understanding of Compensation processes in global organization Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
- Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors Own and ensure the SAP Successfactors configuration are delivered meeting project requirements supporting project and BAU requirements
- SuccessFactors certification in Compensation module.
- Designing and implementing of end-to-end compensation cycles workflows and business rules.
- Linking the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimise the Compensation solution
- Experience in working with Integrations to third party systems for payroll.
- Good to have experience in Variable Pay and R&R
- Knowledge in Variable pay configurations
- Able to integrate CDP with other modules of SF like RCM, PMGM
- Follow ITIL Processes in order to execute support activities.
- Work on Incidents/Changes/ Service Requests created by the customer within the agreed SLA
- Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance when needed
- Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades, break fix, performance, availability, and system uptimes
- Ensure regular connects with Onsite team for providing daily status updates
- Maintain project documentation (Validation documents/KEDB etc.) and adhere to customer's quality policy and procedures.
- Presenting the status of work to customer in Weekly and Monthly Status Meetings
- Provide service improvement suggestions
