JOB TITLE: Tier 2 - Cisco Voice Analyst
EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
COMPENSATION: $70/hr-$75/hr W2; Rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
LOCATION DETAILS:
Expect to travel to locations across Fairfax County, VA as needed but will also be supporting the service desk at the main headquaters in Fairfax. Client has 120 sites in Fairfax County.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Cisco Voice Analyst
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher in IT, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years supporting Cisco Voice / Unified Communications systems.
- Experience with Unity Connection, and Webex Control Hub.
- VoIP protocols and network concepts experience.
- Familiarity with installation and configuration of IP based enterprise paging systems- Algo Systems experience is a plus
- Preffered Certifications- Cisco CCNA Collaboration or CCNA Enterprise
