Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in the US Staffing industry. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by providing top-notch staffing solutions to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new client relationships in the US Staffing market, focusing on IT, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, or other relevant domains.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and other channels to build a strong sales pipeline.

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

  • Negotiate and close business deals to meet or exceed revenue targets and gross margins.

  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion.

  • Coordinate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM tools.

  • Participate in client meetings, reviews, and follow-ups as needed.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic growth plans and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 7 years of proven experience in Business Development or Account Management within the US Staffing industry.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end staffing processes, vendor management systems (VMS), and client MSP programs.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to generate leads independently and close deals effectively.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools.

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Flexible to work in US time zones as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with mid-size to large staffing companies.

  • Existing client relationships with direct clients, MSPs, or VMS accounts.

  • Experience selling IT staffing services is highly desirable.
