OVERVIEW
Our client, a Professional Services organization, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to support a client-facing initiative focused on e-commerce and enterprise system integrations. This role will lead the planning and delivery of integration projects that connect commerce platforms with downstream business systems.
This is a part-time / half-time engagement, averaging approximately 20 hours per week, and is well suited for a Project Manager who is comfortable operating in a flexible delivery model while maintaining strong accountability and execution discipline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end delivery of e-commerce integration projects, from initiation through implementation and stabilization
- Manage integration initiatives involving commerce platforms, ERP systems, middleware, APIs, and third-party applications
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Act as the primary point of coordination between technical teams, solution architects, vendors, and client stakeholders
- Facilitate project ceremonies including kick-offs, status meetings, risk reviews, and retrospectives
- Track and report on scope, timeline, risks, issues, and budget, escalating as required
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery throughout the integration lifecycle
- Support testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities related to system integrations
- Maintain clear documentation including RAIDs, change requests, integration dependencies, and delivery artifacts
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering e-commerce or digital commerce initiatives
- Strong understanding of software integrations, including APIs, middleware, and system-to-system data flows
- Experience managing projects involving e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, CRM, OMS, or related enterprise applications
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams in a Professional Services or consulting environment
- Solid grasp of project management best practices, with experience using Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
