Job Details
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced S/4HANA Techno-Functional Lead to support and sustain manufacturing operations within a pharma manufacturing environment. This is a part-time remote role with limited travel and a flexible weekly workload (12 to 16 hours).
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong support experience in S/4HANA environments
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage low-volume ticket queues
- A good understanding of pharma manufacturing and CMO operations
- Experience in planning and delivering finance module migrations to S/4HANA
- Strong techno-functional capabilities, not purely technical
Key Responsibilities:
- 12+ years of SAP experience including S/4HANA
- Lead support and sustainment for manufacturing modules (low ticket volume)
- Coordinate enhancements and delivery updates with stakeholders
- Plan and contribute to the migration of financials to S/4HANA
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams in the Pharma / Life Sciences domain
- Act as a liaison between functional and technical teams
- Strong mix of functional understanding and technical know-how
- Previous support/delivery roles with enhancement experience
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and compliance
