What the role entails:
The Project Manager is responsible for providing day-to-day management, leadership, direction, and administration across the full project lifecycle (planning through implementation) for program implementation for 40+ clients. Regularly synching with the client-facing teams to ensure all tasks are completed and clearing barriers to completion. Working with analysts, data engineering teams and executives to create, maintain and manage the program schedule. Ensure timely and appropriate generation, collection, dissemination, and storage of project information - collate project status reports and keep project teams, stakeholders and executives informed of program status and related issues. Build and drive open communication between teams and stakeholders to ensure tasks are getting completed.

The candidate needs to be able to:

- Effectively and independently manage resolution of program issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration or related discipline with information technology or healthcare focus.
- Project Management Certification.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated project management experience of multiple, complex client implementation or program management projects.
