- Strong proficiency in Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, or SCM security configurations
- Deep understanding of security frameworks, access controls, and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR)

Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion security roles, data access policies, and privileges

Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning processes aligned with enterprise policies

Design and maintain PaaS security framework, including IDCS domains and user-group mappings

Implement persona-based security and ensure alignment with business workflows

Enforce segregation of duties (SoD) to avoid conflicts in critical business processes

Monitor access logs and system activities for unauthorized access or potential breaches

Conduct regular internal security audits and prepare compliance reports for audits

Design and maintain custom roles tailored to business needs following security best practices

Support cloud migration and refresh activities by addressing relevant security configuration requirements

Periodically review, analyze, and optimize roles based on changing business needs

Investigate and resolve security incidents, ensuring root-cause analysis and remediation

Collaborate with Oracle Support to resolve critical issues and implement security patches

Maintain comprehensive documentation on configurations, incidents, and resolution procedures
