Business Analyst (BA) 5-8 Years Experience
Primary Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collect and document detailed project requirements from stakeholders for each application migration.
- Requirement and Data Analysis: Analyze Requirements and data from different sources to support decision-making and project planning.
- Project Alignment: Ensure that migration activities align with business goals and objectives.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope documents and assessment reports.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge over Clinical / prior-Auth / CMS Policies and Healthcare domain
- Very strong in creating/managing requirements, understanding of product roadmap and management
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze, consolidate, and interpret data from diverse sources.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively liaise with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Documentation Skills: Proficiency in creating detailed project documentation.
- Business and Data Analysis Tools: Experience with business and data analysis tools and techniques.
Preferred Skills:
- CI/CD Knowledge: Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes.
- Product Management: Understanding of product management methodologies and tools.
- Education/Certifications: Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus. Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field strongly desired.
Experience Level:
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in Clinical / prior-Auth / CMS Policies.
