Essential Competencies:
- Proficiency in API validation using REST/SOAP protocols
- Competent in executing Integration Testing strategies
- Advanced knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with Hybrid-Agile development practices
- Utilization of Test Management and Defect Tracking software such as Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, etc.
- Effective at Documentation; strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.

Key Duties and Tasks:
- Capably operate within a hybrid agile framework, overseeing deadlines, and proactively escalating blockers.
- Maintain open channels of communication for project updates, discussing developments, potential risks, and hurdles to ensure consistent project performance.
- Display sharp analytical abilities to understand intricate requirements, address challenges, and suggest innovative approaches.
- Demonstrate proficiency in formulating, performing, and automating tests for REST/SOAP based APIs, ensuring thorough data validation, efficient error management, and robust security checks.
- Actively engage in comprehensive end-to-end integration testing with multiple system integrations.
- Create detailed, robust test cases derived from Business Requirements Documentation.
- Broad understanding of project management concepts and effective leadership in guiding diverse teams.
- Acquaintance with setting up and evaluating ITIL and SDLC methodologies.
- Ability to convey information effectively through both writing and speech.
- Skilled in operating test management and issue tracking tools (e.g., ADO, Jira, TestRail, Postman, etc.).
- Prior experience in hybrid agile project methodologies.
- Possession of relevant certifications in Quality Assurance, project management, or Agile practices (such as ISTQB) is a plus.
