Job Details
Title: Financial Due Diligence Manager
Remote

Project/Engagement Deliverables
- This role is focused on executing high-quality financial analysis and reporting for buy-side and sell-side transactions, working closely with private equity firms, lenders, and corporate clients.
- Execute financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital market transactions.
- Analyze key areas of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet to identify risks and business drivers.
- Lead assessments of net working capital, debt and debt-like items, and operational metrics.
- Draft and deliver Quality of Earnings reports and other transaction advisory deliverables.
- Develop tailored reports addressing normalized earnings, valuation inputs, budget achievability, indebtedness, and carve-out financials.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on client deliverables and engagement execution.
- Participate in proposal development and client calls as needed.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; advanced degree a plus
- 7+ years of experience in financial due diligence, audit, or transaction advisory
- CPA preferred or in progress
- Strong command of US GAAP, GAAS, and SEC reporting standards
