Title: Financial Due Diligence Manager

Remote

Project/Engagement Deliverables

  • This role is focused on executing high-quality financial analysis and reporting for buy-side and sell-side transactions, working closely with private equity firms, lenders, and corporate clients.
  • Execute financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital market transactions.
  • Analyze key areas of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet to identify risks and business drivers.
  • Lead assessments of net working capital, debt and debt-like items, and operational metrics.
  • Draft and deliver Quality of Earnings reports and other transaction advisory deliverables.
  • Develop tailored reports addressing normalized earnings, valuation inputs, budget achievability, indebtedness, and carve-out financials.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders on client deliverables and engagement execution.
  • Participate in proposal development and client calls as needed.

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; advanced degree a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in financial due diligence, audit, or transaction advisory
  • CPA preferred or in progress
  • Strong command of US GAAP, GAAS, and SEC reporting standards
