Job Summary: As a Senior Director of Cloud Product Strategy within Oracle's HCM Product Development group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Oracle's Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Cloud Product Strategy, you will be tasked with identifying new positioning and investment opportunities to drive the growth of Oracle HCM in global and regional markets. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting comprehensive research and analysis, collaborating across teams internally and externally, and developing compelling collateral to support identified opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:



  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new positioning and investment opportunities for Oracle HCM.

  2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and develop positions that address key market needs and challenges.

  3. Gather, analyze, and present market analysis and priorities to internal stakeholders.

  4. Develop collateral including best practices, adoption accelerators, white papers, training materials, webinars, and workshops to support identified opportunities.

  5. Take a leadership position within the team and establish thought leadership in the growth of Oracle HCM in global and regional markets.

  6. Engage with Oracle's most strategic customers to represent Oracle products and services effectively.

  7. Perform outbound activities with prospects, customers, and partners to drive product adoption and growth.

  8. Demonstrate flexibility and strong people management skills while working with various internal and external teams.

  9. Develop compelling presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.


Requirements:



  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

  2. Strong implementation and functional expertise in HR and Finance.

  3. Proven capability to engage with strategic customers and represent Oracle products and services effectively.

  4. Ability to take a leadership position within the team and establish thought leadership.

  5. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  6. Strong research, writing, and presentation skills.

  7. Intellectual discipline, problem-solving aptitude, and independent judgment.

  8. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  9. Experience in developing and delivering presentations, white papers, and training materials.

  10. Willingness to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates (if applicable).















Compensation: Hiring Range: from $139,300 to $291,900 per annum. Eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
