Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in industrial manufacturing or electrical utility products. The ideal candidate will oversee the full product lifecycle - from strategy and development through launch and commercialization - working closely with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to deliver innovative, high-quality products.

Required Skills:

  • 5 7 years of experience in Product Management within industrial, electrical utility, or manufacturing environments

  • Proven expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and New Product Development (NPD)

  • Strong collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams

  • Experience developing product roadmaps, strategy, and commercialization plans

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
