Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive operational excellence across inventory and warehouse processes. This role focuses on developing and refining procedures, analyzing key performance metrics, and leading improvement initiatives across material handling, storage, and shipment workflows. responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Process Design & Optimization: Lead the creation and refinement of warehouse process flows. Develop and document standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall performance.
- Performance Analysis & Improvement: Evaluate core metrics-such as throughput time, storage utilization, and process yield-to identify and implement improvement strategies.
- Lean Initiatives: Participate in continuous improvement workshops and Kaizen activities, using data-driven insights to elevate process quality and productivity.
- Warehouse Layout Planning: Assess and design optimal equipment placement and process flow within the facility to maximize operational efficiency and space utilization.

qualifications:
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline; advanced degree or equivalent hands-on experience a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or warehouse operations setting.
- Proven ability to design and implement efficient layouts for equipment and workflows.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies, with a track record of applying them to real-world challenges.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities; capable of translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams, manage cross-functional projects, and engage with third-party vendors or contractors.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment that requires adaptability and teamwork.
