We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Manager to oversee data engineering projects and manage the development of robust data systems. This role requires a strong background in ETL processes, database management, and reporting tools to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage ETL processes to ensure seamless data integration and transformation.
Oversee the development and maintenance of SQL Server databases to support organizational data needs.
Lead the configuration and optimization of SSIS and SSRS tools for efficient reporting and data analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility across all systems and platforms.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to address performance issues and system errors.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members in data engineering best practices.
Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and system configurations.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Stay updated on emerging data technologies and recommend improvements to current systems.
Requirements
Proven experience with ETL processes and tools.
Expertise in SQL Server, including database design and optimization.
Proficiency in SSIS and SSRS for reporting and data management.
Strong understanding of data modeling and integration techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Familiarity with emerging data technologies and trends.
