Senior Information Technology Program Management Specialist

The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Information Technology Program Management Specialist to join the team in Berkeley, MO; Huntsville, AL; North Charleston, SC; or Seattle, WA.

Join the Sentinel Program Management Office (PMO) and play a key role in our critical Cybersecurity transformation initiative at Boeing. We are seeking a dynamic candidate to support Senior Program Management in optimizing resources to reduce cyber risk.

In this pivotal role, you'll drive diverse work streams, manage project execution, develop financial performance metrics, and negotiate development dependencies. The selected candidate will collaborate with teams across Information Data Technology & Security (IDT&S), indirect supply chain, human resources, and corporate audit to ensure seamless integration and program success.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Aids in gathering information to develop information technology (IT) project plans and deliverables
  • Assists with collection of information to develop project scope, schedule and budget baselines based on an understanding of the system development lifecycle
  • Aids others to support the incorporation of quality management systems for IT projects
  • Gathers information to identify the necessary resources to meet project goals
  • Assists in the development of project communication plans
  • Assists others to identify and document project risks

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in project and/or program management
  • 5+ years of experience in information technology, engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with all levels of individuals

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience working with senior leaders and/or executives
