Job Overview: An EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Specialist focused on Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service), a tool used for financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes within finance departments. The EPM FCCS Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) to support the financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes. This role will work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure FCCS is configured to streamline consolidation workflows, enhance reporting accuracy, and support compliance requirements. The EPM FCCS Specialist will also play a key role in troubleshooting issues, training users, and supporting system improvements.
Key Responsibilities: FCCS Implementation & Maintenance: Lead the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of FCCS to meet financial consolidation and reporting requirements. Oversee the setup and management of financial data, hierarchies, rules, and workflows in FCCS to ensure accurate and compliant reporting. Financial Close & Consolidation Processes: Collaborate with accounting teams to streamline and automate consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and journal adjustments. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate consolidation and reporting.
Data Integration & Governance:
Ensure FCCS is integrated with other financial systems (e.g., ERP) and data sources to support accurate data flow and reporting. Work with IT and data teams to troubleshoot integration issues and enhance data governance and data quality standards within FCCS.
Financial Reporting & Compliance: Develop reports and dashboards within FCCS to support internal and external financial reporting requirements. Ensure FCCS configurations align with GAAP,IFRS or other relevant accounting standards to meet compliance and audit requirements.
User Support & Training: Provide support to end users.
