Job Details
Configure and administer enterprise PPM applications (Accolade preferred; Clarity or similar acceptable).
Support application migration and system transition activities, including environment setup, configuration validation, and post-cutover support.
Provide technical input into cutover and testing plans, defining execution steps, dependencies, assumptions, and validation criteria.
Execute and support technical testing activities (configuration validation, security/access checks, integration verification).
Partner with vendors and internal IT teams to support data migration and cleansing efforts.
Support integrations between PPM tools and enterprise systems (PLM, ERP, reporting, identity).
Configure and maintain application security (roles, permissions, audit trails).
Document configurations, migration decisions, testing results, and operational procedures.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Plan and track technical tasks and milestones, proactively surfacing risks or blockers.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience supporting enterprise business or PPM applications.
Hands-on experience configuring PPM or similar enterprise applications.
Experience supporting application migrations or complex system transitions.
Strong background in software, systems, or application engineering.
Ability to translate technical work into clear, detailed execution steps.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
Working knowledge of application security and access control concepts.
