- Review MOPs from Engineering organization
- MinIO Cluster Operations and Maintenance
- MinIO and HAProxy code version upgrades
- Triage and remediation of failed servers and/or services (MinIO and HAProxy nodes)
- Working with hardware support to remediate hardware faults and do hardware replacements
- Tenant/Cluster Support
- Field trouble tickets from clients using object storage and resolve issues
- Support internal Verizon applications in the migration from Swiftstack to MinIO
- Intimate knowledge of the following:
- Object storage platforms and protocols (Swiftstack and MinIO)
- HAProxy load balancers
- RHEL systems
