Salesforce Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce projects across Life Sciences, Pharma, and Healthcare verticals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA, GxP, and FDA guidelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, business analysts, QA, and client stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, and user training activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of Salesforce best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in Salesforce projects.
• Proven experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Healthcare domains.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Health Cloud) preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, and GxP.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of clinical trial management, patient engagement, or pharma sales operations.
• Experience with integration tools and third-party Salesforce applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
