Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with
    our corporate growth objectives and position us competitively within the region.
  • Market Expansion & Business Development: Identify and capitalize on high-value business
    opportunities that align with our long-term strategic goals, focusing on expanding our customer
    base with targeted account acquisitions.
  • Goal-Setting & Performance Metrics: Establish ambitious annual targets for account acquisition,
    revenue growth, and market penetration, tracking progress to ensure measurable impact.
    Industry Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge in IT sales, specifically within ERP and Digital
    Solutions, to position our offerings as essential to potential clients.
  • Executive Engagement: Develop strong, influential relationships with key stakeholders (CIOs,
    CTOs, IT Directors) to secure trust and align our services with their evolving technology needs.
  • Customer-Centric Advocacy: Represent our brand with a deep commitment to client success,
    translating customer insights into actionable strategies for our marketing and product teams.
  • Sales Excellence & Mentorship: Demonstrate a strong track record in sales leadership and
    business development while mentoring others in achieving excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across departments to ensure our marketing
    strategies and lead management efforts are optimized for pipeline growth.
  • Market Insights & Partnerships: Conduct in-depth market analysis to uncover new opportunities
    in vertical IT markets and establish strategic partnerships with key players and third-party vendors.
    Required Skills/ Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree (e.g., Bachelor s or University Degree) in Marketing, Business Administration, or
    related fields.
  • Leadership & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strategic
    mindset and the ability to inspire and drive teams to meet ambitious goals.
  • Analytical & Organizational Strength: Outstanding organizational and time management
    abilities, coupled with a proactive, results-driven approach to sales.
