Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Atlanta, GA(Hybrid). Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing stakeholder needs and collaborating with developers to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst job responsibilities include:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to support project goals and strategic initiatives.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Support testing efforts by validating solutions against requirements and assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT).
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and business process modeling software.
