Job Description:
  • The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • This role involves translating business needs into functional and technical specifications, supporting solution design, assisting with testing and validation, and serving as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.
  • Communicate requirements clearly to development and QA teams.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Support solution design and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Assist in creating test plans and validate solutions against requirements.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, conducting workshops, presentations, and status updates.
Experience:
  • 2 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (senior roles may require 8+ years).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Visio; familiarity with SQL and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in [insert domain: e.g., Finance, Healthcare, IT Services].
  • Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
