Job Title: Full-Stack Drupal Developer (Testing Focus)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Drupal Developer with a strong focus on testing to support the development, testing, and maintenance of Drupal-based websites. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in modern Drupal (versions 10/11), automated and manual testing, and secure, accessible web development.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Drupal professional not someone with limited exposure who can independently create and maintain automated test suites, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver stable, secure, and high-quality Drupal solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain automated and manual tests for Drupal websites
- Write pre-release test scripts and execute test plans
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions
- Keep all test cases up to date with ongoing code changes and deployments
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams throughout the SDLC
- Participate in planning, development, testing, deployment, support, and enhancement of Drupal websites
- Communicate with management and stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements
- Implement best practices for web accessibility in alignment with current guidelines
- Participate in code reviews, quality checks, and deployment processes
- Work with cloud hosting platforms and infrastructure teams to manage environments and repositories
- Perform code updates to ensure site stability, security, and performance
- Stay current with Drupal trends, releases, and best practices
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on Drupal best practices
- Ensure all websites meet established information security standards
- Document automated tests, testing processes, and technical procedures for current and future team members
Required Qualifications
- 4 6 years of relevant Drupal development experience
- Strong experience with Drupal site building, features, and theming
- Hands-on experience with Drupal 10 and 11 ecosystem components (Git, Composer, Twig)
- Experience writing and maintaining automated tests
- Experience with Playwright
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Experience with manual testing methodologies
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, SASS, and Twig
- Experience with version control and package management tools
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as Jira and GitHub Projects
- Experience keeping automated tests aligned with ongoing code changes
- Strong understanding of Drupal architecture and testing strategies
- Experience with secure coding practices following Drupal standards and security guidelines
- Demonstrated understanding of web accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with advanced PHP frameworks and workflows (Symfony, Composer)
- Drupal developer certification (highly desirable)
- Familiarity with cloud-based Drupal tools and platforms (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, local dev environments)
- Experience with code review and deployment processes
- GitHub repositories or project samples available for review
