We are seeking a full-time Quality Engineer to join our team and ensure the ongoing excellence of our ISO 9001:2015 quality system. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while contributing to a critical and well-established quality framework.
The ideal candidate will be able to do 60% hands-on floor work with 40% computer-based tasks in a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in maintaining and refining our existing systems, directly impacting the quality of our innovative parachute technology.

The Offer

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Experience with quality management systems and process improvement
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform hands-on inspection, testing, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with parachute technology or aerospace industry is a plus
- Experience working in high-performance manufacturing environments, particularly in aerospace or defense sectors
- Experience with data analysis and quality control software tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Daily Responsibilities
- 60% Hands-on quality assurance in the manufacturing process
- 40% Computer-based tasks (data analysis, reporting, system documentation)
The Offer
- Bonus OR Commission eligible
- Salary: $75k - $80k
