Job Details

About the Role:
You ll oversee the integration testing strategy and execution across Workday and downstream systems. This role bridges various functional and tech teams to ensure seamless interface readiness and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the integration test strategy covering Workday interfaces and downstream systems
  • Align teams on sequence, dependencies and test execution timelines
  • Track and report on integration test progress, defects and readiness for leadership
  • Manage cross-system test coordination, environment scheduling, and issue escalation
  • Ensure test artifacts and metrics are maintained and consistent across streams

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in Workday integration testing. Workday certification preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Workday integration patterns (EIB, Studio, RaaS, APIs, core connectors) and cross-application dependencies
  • Strong experience in governance, stakeholder management and reporting
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
