Job Details
MUST HAVE SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- 3-5 years of experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with 4+ years as a Scrum Master supporting multiple teams.
- Strong experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile metrics.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project tracking tools.
- Proven ability to lead Agile transformations and coach teams to higher maturity.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and software quality practices.
- Experience using AI-enhanced tools for team collaboration, reporting, and decision-making.
