Pay Range: $67.02hr - $72.02hr

- Support the development of customized non-viral formulations.
- Apply scientific expertise and judgement to initiate, design and execute experiments in a time-sensitive manner.
- Maintain accurate experiment records and material inventory.
- Analyze and present experiment data clearly and effectively.
- Acts as an impactful contributor of project teams and transverse initiatives.
- Foster creativity, productivity, execution with a sense of urgency, scientific integrity and accountability.
- Maintains a collaborative culture.
- B.S. with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- PhD or Master s plus minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field with a strong background in nanoparticle-based formulation development & analytical characterization.
- Hands-on experience in nucleic acid drug formulation and development (especially nanoparticle delivery technologies) is required.
- Results-oriented, with a track record of significant contribution to research projects and peer-reviewed publications.
- Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute, interpret, and present experimental results.
- Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced industry and work environment.
- Experience in preparing high quality documents including technical reports, presentations, SOPs, experimental protocols, and regulatory filings.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
