Job Details

Role: Service Desk Manager Location: Arlington, VA(Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Visa:USC

Required Skills & Experience
7 12 years of IT Service Operations experience with at least 3 years in team leadership.
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, including:
o Incident/Request/Change/Problem workflows
o Scripting basics & form customization (good to have)
o Dashboarding & reporting
o CMDB/Asset Management
Experience managing distributed teams and 247 operations.
Familiarity with ITIL processes; ITIL Certification preferred.
