Job Details
**Contract-To-Hire**
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead, ideally supporting IT Security, IAM, or infrastructure programs.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Kanban-based workflows.
- Experience setting up ADO kanban boards.
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management tools and processes, particularly CyberArk and/or Delinea (Thycotic).
- Ability to coordinate across multiple technical and business teams to deliver PAM functionality and integrations. Strong facilitation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience tracking onboarding progress, managing delivery pipelines, and working in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Pay Range- $48-$50/hr.
