Cloud Support Engineer (L1/L2) with Automation & Database Background
Job Description:
We are seeking a Cloud Support Engineer with L1/L2 support experience in AWS environments, automation skills, and a background in databases such as Oracle, Snowflake, and SQL. The candidate should have strong communication skills, be capable of handling teams, and confidently interface with clients and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1/L2 support for AWS Cloud environments.
Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution of cloud and infrastructure issues.
Automate routine operational tasks and workflows to improve efficiency.
Support and manage database environments (Oracle, Snowflake, SQL).
Communicate effectively with clients and end users to address issues and provide updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and maintain SLAs.
Handle small support teams as needed and provide guidance on best practices.
Required Skills:
Experience with AWS Cloud services and environments.
L1/L2 support experience in production environments.
Automation skills using scripts/tools for operational tasks.
Background in databases: Oracle, Snowflake, and SQL.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to front-end clients and handle user escalations.
Team handling experience is a plus.
