The duration of this position is roughly 6 months.
Seeking a Project Coordinator (PC) to assist in managing various Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) projects. The PC will work closely with the IT Organization to collect and review responses related to Merger and Acquisition specific inquiries. In addition, the PC will be responsible for developing a knowledge base and repeatable practice to support M&A due diligence. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, facilitating clear communication among team members, clients, and upper management. Meeting Coordination: Organize and lead project meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability.-
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes, and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
A bachelor-s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.-
2+ years of experience in project coordination or management roles is required.-
Certification in Cyber Security or Information Technology will be a plus.
Must have an ability to review requests received to be able to interpret requirements to wide range of audience as well as review documentation provided for relevance.
Familiarity with project management software and GRC tools is often required.
