We are partnered with a top General Contractor who has a phenomenal reputation in the Wisconsin market, as well as nationally. They are on the search for someone who still wants to grow with a firm. You will use your expertise to secure work with current and new clients. The company has been in business over 100 years with a very strong pipeline of commercial work. They are looking to expand their construction team as part of their growth plan by hiring a Site Engineer to take on some key responsibilities.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in project engineering, site engineering, RFI's, and punch lists preferred.
3. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
4. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
5. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
10. Willingness to be onsite regularly and adapt to varying field conditions.
11. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
