Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Minneapolis, MN(Hybrid). Responsibilities include provisioning cloud infrastructure, resolving build and deployment issues, and supporting EKS clusters and automation initiatives.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Engineer job responsibilities include:
- Provision and manage AWS infrastructure including Lambda, EKS, S3, Glue, and IAM roles.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/JSL and manage code repositories in Bitbucket.
- Support and troubleshoot EKS clusters and perform service mesh maintenance and upgrades.
- Handle infrastructure compliance tickets and incidents via ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Collaborate with security and development teams to integrate tools like Veracode and SonarQube.
- Contribute to automation and Gen AI initiatives through technical recommendations and proof of concepts.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and automation.
- Proven expertise in provisioning and managing AWS services, including EKS, Lambda, and S3.
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, JSL), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
