Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Implementation

o Configure and implement SAP TRM modules: Cash Management, In-House Cash, Transaction Manager, Risk Analyzer, Market Risk Analyzer, Credit Risk Analyzer.

o Set up Treasury master data, valuation areas, position management, account determination, and payment requests.

o Configure product types, transaction types, flow types, update types, and condition types.

o Implement functionalities for Money Market, Forex, Derivatives, Debt & Investment Management, Securities, Commodities, and Hedge Management.

Integration & Customization

o Integrate SAP TRM with FI-MM, FI-SD, and external systems (e.g., Multi-Bank Connectivity).

o Ensure alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.

Project Lifecycle Management

o Participate in fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper-care support.

o Prepare functional and technical specifications, process diagrams, and documentation.

Risk & Issue Management

o Identify and mitigate risks during implementation and post-go-live.

o Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within SLA.

Stakeholder Collaboration

o Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.

o Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Testing & Training

o Conduct functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.

o Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Competencies:

SAP Expertise

o Deep knowledge of SAP TRM components: Transaction Manager, Risk Analyzer, Market Risk Analyzer, Credit Risk Analyzer.

o Strong experience in FICO configuration and integration.

o Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Treasury.

Financial Instruments

o Experience with Fixed Deposits, Commercial Papers, Treasury Bills, Interest Rate Instruments, Spot Transactions, Forward & Swap Transactions, Bonds, Warrants.

Technical Skills

o Ability to create effective system documentation and specifications.

o Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Rally/ALM.

Soft Skills

o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Experience with global implementation projects and Wall Street Software (WSS).

Knowledge of Treasury Risk Management best practices and compliance frameworks.
