Senior Account Growth Director

Location: Boston, MA or Nashville, TN (Onsite 4 5 days per week at client offices)
Key Responsibilities
U.S. Client Relationships Shaping and Sustenance
Strategically drive new business in a healthcare account in close synergy with Solution & Delivery teams to manage assigned sales and margin targets.
Connect the dots across client company performance, operating model, internal value chains, and industry knowledge to shape account strategy based on divisional shifts.
Ensure U.S. stakeholders understand the India-based ecosystem, regardless of active engagements. Track the impact of past solutions to uncover gaps and evolving expectations.
Sustain in-person relationships with Director- and VP-level clients.
AI / GenAI Demand Generation and Commercial Advancements
Use Case Development: Identify business improvement opportunities and develop compelling AI/GenAI use cases leveraging dashboards, POCs, partner dynamics, and market research.
Proposals & Solutioning: Build tailored proposals in collaboration with consulting and capability teams, shaping AI solutions across services, accelerators, and products.
Commercial Structuring: Collaborate with Finance and Capabilities leadership to drive output-based and subscription-type pricing. Influence procurement stakeholders with advanced commercial models (TCO, usage value, adoption factors).
Internal Collaboration with Global Ecosystem
Work closely with India-based consulting and delivery teams to develop winning proposals and ensure POC/pilot execution success.
Drive pilots toward scalable production solutions with upgradation roadmaps aligned with long-term subscription revenue objectives.
Represent the full portfolio with broad understanding and expertise across AI, Engineering, and Design/Behavioral Sciences.
Technical Skills
Strong grasp of GenAI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings) and their business applications.
Awareness of Agentic AI patterns (autonomous agents, workflow orchestration, multi-agent systems) and how to position them in client contexts.
Familiarity with cloud AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI) and ecosystem tools (LangChain, RAG frameworks).
Ability to translate technical enablers (APIs, integrations, data pipelines) into business value narratives.
Qualifications
10 18 years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, or presales within Consulting Services encompassing Analytics offerings (BI, AI/ML, GenAI, Cloud Tech).
Proven ability to drive account growth, develop strong client relationships, and execute pre-sales activities.
Comfortable working independently onsite with geographically distributed teams (EU, India) in a challenging environment.
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to derive insights from diverse data sources.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with Director and VP-level clients.
Collaborative mindset across functional teams.
Travel: May require travel across U.S. client offices monthly.
