Job Title: Java Lead
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)
Type: Contract

As an Onshore Java Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Java applications. You will play a key role in driving the technical direction of projects, ensuring best practices are followed, and delivering robust and scalable solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using best practices and industry standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions.

- Implement and manage microservices architecture using Spring Boot.

- Develop and maintain GraphQL APIs for efficient data querying and manipulation.

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologieives to dr innovation.

**Required Skills:**

- Strong proficiency in Java programming language.

- Extensive experience with microservices architecture and Spring Boot framework.

- Hands-on experience with GraphQL for API development.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

**Preferred Experience:**

- Experience with Hybris integration is a Must.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
12+ Years Of experience is must
