We are seeking a strategic and experienced Consult Partner to lead multidisciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements and enterprise-wide transformations. Positioned at the intersection of business and technology, this role is instrumental in shaping strategic change agendas, managing C-level relationships, and driving high-value outcomes for large-scale clients.
You will lead end-to-end client engagements, oversee delivery, and drive profitable growth, with a focus on enterprise transformation and innovation. The ideal candidate will bring deep healthcare industry knowledge, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of success working with executive-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve revenue, margin, and backlog growth targets through strong delivery and business development.

Scope and negotiate fees for engagements while managing profitability and risk.

Identify, pursue, and convert new consulting opportunities that align with strategic growth.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders.

Serve as a strategic advisor and lead client interactions during consulting engagements.

Drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth (measured by metrics such as NPS and references).

Oversee the design and execution of complex engagements, ensuring quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Meet utilization and contribution targets for yourself and your teams.

Provide delivery oversight and ensure alignment with client expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

Extensive experience leading Enterprise Transformation programs, ideally within the Healthcare industry.

Proven ability to develop and manage CXO-level relationships with credibility and trust.

Strong record of delivering complex consulting engagements with measurable business outcomes.

Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their business applications.

Demonstrated success in business development, from opportunity identification to closing deals.

Skilled in account planning, pursuit management, solution design, and contract negotiation.

Financial acumen, including managing revenue growth, margins, and delivery metrics.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

Strong personal brand in the industry with a track record of innovation and thought leadership.

Ability to drive land and expand strategies and long-term client value.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.

Prior experience in a consulting or advisory role within a top-tier or boutique firm.

Exposure to both pre- and post-deal environments (e.g., M&A, integration, transformation).
