Growth Marketing Associate

* In this role, you will play a critical part in scaling a targeted advertising initiative and collaborating with digital marketing counterparts on strategy, testing, optimization, and cross-functional coordination.

Required Skills:
* 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing or a related discipline
* Proficiency with digital advertising platforms, including campaign setup, keyword selection, and ad copywriting
* Demonstrated experience managing and testing ad variations, landing pages, and conversion optimization techniques
* Ability to interpret campaign data using tools such as SQL or dashboard analytics
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities to share insights and recommendations effectively
* Capability to collaborate with creative, analytical, and strategic teams
* Experience presenting marketing performance and insights to stakeholders

Desired Skills:
* Experience with advertising platforms beyond the primary one mentioned (e.g., additional search engines)
* Familiarity with SQL or similar tools is a plus
* Exposure to bid strategies and performance optimization best practices

Compensation:
Pay Range: $38.41-$54.88 Per HR
