Compensation
Pay Range:$49.00-$70.00/Hrs

Description
Lead risk management for Technology Executives by supporting a culture of risk identification and mitigation.
Analyze problems using a mix of risk and technology expertise to perform impact assessments and identify root causes.
Provide feedback and training, monitoring audit issues through their lifecycle.
Drive collaboration across organizations to identify opportunities to improve control and reduce risk.
Work closely with a Risk Lead to oversee the portfolio of risk activities for a CIO.

Key Responsibilities
Execute risk mitigating strategies to ensure conformance with laws, rules, and regulations.
Partner with multiple technology organizations and control partners.
Identify recommendations to leadership for efficient risk management.
Utilize technical domain expertise to drive policy adherence and maintain sustainable risk-based solutions.
Oversee Issue Management activities end-to-end.

Qualifications
5 years of relevant work experience in technology, with some experience in financial services or risk.
3-5 years of professional domain expertise in a technical discipline.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems.
Demonstrated ability to operate as a change ambassador and influence teams positively.
Strategic thinker, self-starter, organized, and capable of performing work with minimal oversight.
